Fall Data Science Fellowship Opportunity

Program: The Data Incubator is an intensive 8 week fellowship that prepares masters students, PhDs, and postdocs in STEM and social science fields seeking industry careers as data scientists. The program is free for Fellows and supported by sponsorships from hundreds of employers across multiple industries. In response to the overwhelming interest in our earlier sessions, we will be holding another fellowship.

Who Should Apply: Anyone who has already obtained a masters or PhD degree or who is within one year of graduating with a masters or PhD is welcome to apply. Applications from international students are welcome. Everyone else is encouraged to sign-up for a future session.

Haagse jongeren met ambitie gezocht!

Den Haag is aanwezig bij de One Young World Conferentie 2017 in Bogota samen met jonge professionals uit heel Nederland! Onder leiding van burgemeester Pauline Krikke laten we zien hoe we een betere wereld bouwen in de Internationale Stad van Vrede en Recht. Na Bogota zal de gemeente met deze jonge professionals samenwerken om van de volgende conferentie, One Young World The Hague 2018, de beste editie te maken.

Den Haag is op zoek naar tien ambitieuze Haagse jongeren om de stad te vertegenwoordigen in Bogota 2017 én Den Haag 2018. De gemeente sponsort de  deelname van deze Haagse jongeren in Bogota. Een jury selecteert uit de inzendingen de jongeren die in aanmerking komen voor deze geweldige kans.

Welke jongere vertegenwoordigt Den Haag in Bogota?

Book launch: Changing US Foreign Policy toward India

The Research Group on Diplomacy and Global Affairs will host a book launch of Dr. Carina van de Wetering’s new monograph “Changing US Foreign Policy toward India: US-India Relations since the Cold War”, which has recently been published by Palgrave Macmillan. The event will take place in Wijnhaven 3.46 on May 17 at 11:15-12:45.
